Kris Meeke wins Rali Ceredigion as title fights head to Cambrian finale
Motorsport UK says Meeke and Noel O'Sullivan won the three-day west-Wales event, while the British Rally Championship contest remains separated by two points.
Kris Meeke and Noel O'Sullivan won the JDS Machinery Rali Ceredigion after three days on closed-road stages in west Wales, Motorsport UK says.
Teemu Suninen and Antti Haapala finished second, a result that Motorsport UK says secured the FIA European Rally Championship title for the Finnish crew.
The event also hosted two British Rally Championship rounds. Max McRae and Cameron Fair won round four, before Meirion Evans and Dale Furniss took round-five victory. Motorsport UK says three crews remain in contention for the 2026 title, with two points between them before next month's Cambrian Rally finale.
In the Historic event, Maciej Lubiak and Grzegorz Dachowski won ahead of Dyfrig James and Trystan Evans, with Andy Davies and Owain Davies third.
Rhys Wyn Davies and Gerwyn James won the National Rally in a Welsh-built Darrian GTR+, finishing nearly two minutes ahead of Dylan Davies and Mark Glennerster, according to Motorsport UK.
